Junior UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role is suitable for fresh graduates who are passionate about digital design and interested in creating simple, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing UI for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes using Figma.
• Assist in developing and maintaining UI components and design systems.
• Translate business requirements into simple and user-friendly designs.
• Work closely with developers, project managers, and other team members.
• Make design improvements based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
• Ensure consistency in layout, typography, colors, spacing, and overall visual design.
• Assist with testing and reviewing designs before implementation.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with Figma or other UI/UX design tools.
• Understanding of basic wireframing and prototyping.
• Good visual sense and attention to detail.
• Creative, willing to learn, and open to feedback.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A portfolio of academic, personal, internship, or freelance projects is an advantage.

Good to Have

• Basic understanding of responsive web and mobile design.
• Basic knowledge of design systems and reusable components.
• Familiarity with usability testing or user research.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
