Full Time Store Pick - Pack Assistant Jobs, Salary up to SGD 1,800 in SINGAPORE DYNAMIC OPTRONICS PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Check daily production and delivery schedules and prepare materials/products accordingly.
• Pick materials, components and finished goods based delivery schedules.
• Pack finished goods properly according to packing instructions and customer requirements.
• Perform labelling, quantity checking and basic visual inspection before packing/shipment.
• Ensure the correct items and quantities are picked and packed to avoid delivery errors.
• Assist with receiving, checking and storing incoming materials and goods.
• Issue materials to production and maintain proper movement of stock.
• Arrange finished goods in the designated storage and staging areas for shipment.
• Maintain accurate store records and assist with stock updates/documentation.
• Assist in periodic stock take and inventory counting.
• Maintain good housekeeping and ensure the store and packing areas are clean, neat and organised.
• Handle materials and products carefully to prevent damage.
• Coordinate with Production, QA and Shipping/Logistics teams when necessary.
• Perform other ad-hoc store, packing and logistics duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Secondary School / NITEC or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in store, warehouse, pick & pack, manufacturing or logistics operations is preferred.
• Able to perform physical work, including handling and moving cartons/materials.
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
• Able to read and follow picking lists, packing instructions and work procedures.
• Careful and responsible, with good attention to quantity and product details.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Training will be provided for candidates without relevant experience.
