Key Responsibilities
1. Live Streaming & Hosting

• Conduct regular live-streaming sessions on assigned platforms.
• Present products confidently, clearly, and professionally.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, usage, and promotions.
• Maintain an energetic and engaging presentation throughout the live session.
• Respond to customer comments, questions, and requests in real time.
• Create an enjoyable and interactive shopping experience.

2. Sales & Target Achievement

• Promote products and actively convert viewers into customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products.
• Promote special offers, bundles, campaigns, and new products.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and potential sales when required.

3. Product Knowledge

• Maintain strong knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, stock availability, and selling points.
• Stay updated on new product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure all product information communicated during live sessions is accurate.
• Understand competitor products and market trends where relevant.

4. Customer Engagement & Service

• Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries and complaints.
• Handle objections and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Encourage customer interaction, comments, and engagement during livestreams.
• Provide accurate information regarding payment, delivery, returns, and promotions.

5. Sales Order & Follow-Up

• Assist customers with product selection and order placement.
• Ensure customer orders are captured accurately.
• Coordinate with the Ordering/Receiving/Operations team regarding stock availability.
• Follow up on pending enquiries and potential customers.
• Monitor completed and cancelled orders where required.

6. Content & Promotion

• Assist in preparing livestream content, scripts, product demonstrations, and promotional materials.
• Participate in promotional campaigns and sales events.
• Suggest ideas to improve livestream engagement and sales conversion.
• Assist in creating short videos, product content, or social media posts when required.

7. Performance Monitoring

• Monitor live-stream viewers, engagement, enquiries, conversion, and sales performance.
• Review sales results after each live session.
• Identify successful products, offers, and presentation techniques.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to management to improve sales performance.

8. Professional Standards

• Maintain professional appearance, grooming, communication, and conduct.
• Be punctual and prepared for scheduled livestream sessions.
• Follow company pricing, promotional, customer-service, and sales policies.
• Protect company and customer information.
• Maintain a positive and professional image representing the company.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
