We are hiring for 2 Admin Assistant positions within the healthcare sector!

1️⃣ Nursing Admin Assistant – Tampines

Support the Nurse Manager and Nursing team with:
• Data entry, filing & documentation
• Coordination of administrative matters
• Preparation of simple meeting minutes
• Maintaining records and documents
• General administrative support

Requirements:
• Min. O-Level / NITEC
• Preferably 1 year of admin experience
• Nursing/healthcare background is an advantage
• Candidates with general admin experience are welcome
• Responsible, organised & willing to learn
Training provided for suitable candidates

2️⃣ Inventory Admin (Kitchen)– Toa Payoh

Support the Kitchen team with:
• Inventory, consumption logs & stock tracking
• Filing, data entry & digitalisation of documents
• Vendor/supplier coordination
• Tracking of PO, DO & invoices
• Food safety & hygiene documentation
• Temperature & pest control records
• Support for internal/external audits
• Staff rostering & cleaning schedules

Requirements:
• Min. N/O-Level / NITEC / Diploma
• 1–2 years of admin experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Organised, detail-oriented & proactive
• Able to work independently and within a team
TDAP & MMR vaccination required before commencement (Will be provided)
