Full Time Sales Executive (3c2Plz) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in Erast Pte Ltd Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

About the Roles

Join an aircon installation and servicing company as a Sales Executive based in Ubi. This is a permanent role with a 5.5-day work week, from Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm, and Saturday, 9.00am to 1.00pm. The position offers a basic salary of up to $3,000 plus Variable Bonus, with training provided for candidates without prior experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Generate new sales opportunities and identify potential customers.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, emails and customer enquiries.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers within 24 hours.
• Manage the complete sales process, from negotiation and closing through to delivery coordination and payment collection.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships while providing good customer service.
• Follow up with customers through phone, email, SMS or WhatsApp.
• Prepare quotations for aircon replacements and new installations.
• Confirm customer appointments for the following day and update bookings in the system.
• Plan and coordinate daily job schedules for technicians.
• Keep customers informed of any service delays or operational issues.
• Work towards achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Assist with roadshows, marketing activities and other departmental needs when required.
• Carry out other ad hoc duties assigned by the Manager.

What We’re Looking For

• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
