Internship For Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,000 in BWC Construction Perak - Maukerja

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying.

Candidate must live around Kamunting, Taiping, or nearby areas.

Possess a valid CIDB Green Card.

Familiarity with AutoCAD; knowledge of Civil 3D or other design software is an advantage.

Posses own transport and willing to travel to project sites (if required).

Passionate about learning and gaining hands-on experience in a real site environment.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Good attitude, eagerness to learn, and well-disciplined.

Assist in the preparation of accurate cost estimates for various civil engineering projects by gathering and analyzing project data.

Support the tender preparation process by compiling necessary documentation, including Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and ensuring compliance with tender requirements.

Help in the development and monitoring of project budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying potential cost savings.

Participate in site visits to observe construction progress, identify potential issues, and assist in analyzing site conditions relevant to cost control.

Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to ensure cost-effective execution of projects and maintain financial records.

Assist in the valuation of work done and the preparation of interim payment certificates.

Gain practical experience in contract administration and dispute resolution under the guidance of senior quantity surveyors.
