Job Description
Responsibilities
Cleaning & Office Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office areas, including meeting rooms, training rooms and common spaces.
Clean and sanitise furniture, fixtures and office equipment such as coffee machines and photocopiers.
Vacuum, sweep and mop floors as required.
Empty waste bins and ensure waste is disposed of appropriately.
Maintain a clean, safe and presentable office environment.
Room Setup & Support
Prepare training and meeting rooms based on scheduled activities and operational requirements.
Arrange chairs, partitions and other room fixtures as required.
Assist with the setup of basic audio-visual equipment for meetings and training sessions.
Restore rooms to their required condition after use.
Supplies & General Support
Monitor cleaning and beverage supplies and replenish stocks when necessary.
Identify and report maintenance, safety or facility-related issues promptly.
Support special cleaning activities, projects and other operational requirements.
Assist with other administrative or operational tasks as assigned.
