Responsibilities
Project Delivery
Oversee project coordination from order confirmation to delivery, ensuring compliance with agreed specifications, schedules and deliverables.
Monitor project milestones and delivery schedules and take appropriate follow-up actions to maintain project timelines.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
Proactively identify project risks, technical issues and delivery constraints and work with relevant parties to resolve them.
Technical & Commercial Support
Review technical specifications and requirements for valve and actuation products to ensure accuracy and suitability for the project.
Coordinate technical clarifications and information exchange between customers, suppliers and internal teams.
Support sourcing and procurement activities by obtaining, reviewing and comparing supplier quotations.
Assist in supplier negotiations relating to pricing, quality, lead times and other relevant commercial requirements.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare technical documentation, project status reports and other relevant records accurately and within required timelines.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure relevant stakeholders receive timely updates on project progress and outstanding matters.
