High school diploma or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level) is required for this position.

No prior experience in packing or a related field is necessary, as full training will be provided.

Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and correct packaging.

Basic understanding of quality control principles to identify defects or inconsistencies.

Capability to follow instructions precisely, both written and verbal, regarding packaging procedures and safety guidelines.

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items as needed.

Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.

Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting production targets.

Familiarity with basic English communication for understanding instructions and team collaboration.

Accurately and efficiently pack a variety of food and beverage products according to established standards and specifications.

Inspect products before packaging to ensure they meet quality control standards, identifying and reporting any defects or inconsistencies.

Select appropriate packaging materials, including boxes, bags, labels, and protective cushioning, to ensure product integrity during transit and storage.

Operate and maintain packaging machinery and equipment, performing routine checks and basic troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.

Label packaged items correctly with product information, batch codes, expiry dates, and any other required labeling.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Assist with inventory management by accurately counting and recording packed items, and reporting any stock discrepancies.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
