You'll build and own the payment, ledger, and settlement systems that power thousands of daily transactions across Singapore and Malaysia.
What you'll do
- Design and ship reliable, idempotent payment flows in Java + Spring Boot
- Model financial primitives: ledgers, accounts, holds, transfers, settlement
- Integrate with PayNow, DuitNow, card schemes, Apple Pay, Google Pay
- Run incident response when something breaks at 2 AM
- 5+ years backend experience, ideally in Java and Postgres - Experience with payments, ledgers, or financial systems - Strong fundamentals in concurrency, idempotency, and consistency - Comfortable with on-call rotation
- Equity in 555
