Job Summary

The Sales Associate identifies potential customers, promotes products and services, manages sales from enquiry to closing, and supports after-sales. They maintain client relationships, prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers to expand the client base and increase sales opportunities
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries to provide accurate product and service information
• Prepare detailed and clear quotations tailored to customer requirements
• Follow up on sales leads to convert prospects into customers
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Understand customer needs to recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Update and manage sales records to track progress and performance
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction
• Provide after-sales support to resolve issues and enhance customer experience
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet sales targets
