Full Time Architectural BIM Coordinator [SL] Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in WECRUIT PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Coordinate architectural works and technical matters with consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.
• Develop, update, and maintain architectural drawings and BIM models using Revit, including converting 2D AutoCAD drawings into 3D models where required.
• Ensure architectural drawings and BIM models comply with project requirements, established BIM standards, and the specified Level of Development (LOD).
• Monitor drawing production schedules, submissions, revisions, and approvals to support the approved construction programme.
• Coordinate architectural works with site personnel and subcontractors to ensure alignment with approved drawings and construction schedules.
• Implement project quality procedures, maintain inspection records, analyse quality issues, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Monitor site works to ensure compliance with architectural specifications, quality standards, and applicable EHS requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, defect rectification, and architectural handover documentation.
• Support the project team in meeting applicable CONQUAS and Quality Mark (QM) objectives and client quality expectations.
• Maintain accurate technical and quality records and perform other relevant duties assigned by the Project Manager or immediate supervisor.
