Full Time Civil - Structural Supervisor - site based Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Seremban Engineering Berhad Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

Job Supervision

1) Site Supervision

Oversee daily construction activities on-site

Ensure workers follow drawings, specifications, and instructions

Monitor progress to keep the project on schedule

2) Workforce Coordination

Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and laborers

Assign tasks and manage daily work activities

Resolve on-site issues between teams

3) Quality Control

Check that materials and workmanship meet required standards

Inspect completed work before moving to the next stage

Report defects and ensure corrections are made

4) Safety Enforcement

Ensure workers follow safety procedures and wear PPE

Identify hazards and prevent accidents

Conduct toolbox meetings or safety briefings

5) Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily site reports (progress, manpower, materials)

Record delays, issues, or incidents

Communicate updates to engineers or project managers

6) Material & Equipment Monitoring

Track usage of construction materials

Ensure proper storage and handling

Coordinate delivery of materials and equipment.

Requirements

1) Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

2) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

3) Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

4) Good communication and documentation skills.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
