Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Handle and oversee IT asset management lifecycle.
Act as liaison support to manage vendors, finance and users on ordering and maintenance of IT services, equipment, and software.
Maintain IT forecast & budget, accrual, and expenses.
Assist IT contract engagement, third-party risk assessment, and service level review.
Perform any other tasks and ad-hoc duty assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
Experience in end-to-end IT asset management, vendor management, and contract management.
Experience in IT procurement, including software, hardware, and IT-related services.
Experience in IT budgeting, financial forecasting, expense tracking, and reporting
Good understanding of IT asset lifecycle management, procurement processes, and vendor coordination.
