Responsible for managing end-to-end supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP alignment across Singapore domestic, regional wholesale, and duty-free channels.

• Oversee inventory levels, calculate re-order quantities, and mitigate out-of-stock or excess inventory risks to meet target Days Forecast Cover across multiple markets.

• Place purchase orders, track inbound shipments, resolve logistics discrepancies, and ensure accurate master data maintenance in ERP systems.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to support monthly S&OP meetings and streamline promotional supply plans.

• Support digital transformation initiatives and process improvements utilizing planning tools such as JDE, Anaplan, and Product Cloud.
  

skills and experience required

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, with 3+ years of relevant experience in supply planning and inventory management.
• Tech-savvy with advanced Excel skills and proficiency in stock management/MRP systems
