Full Time Warehouse Operations Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,200 in GCH Retail (M) Selangor - Maukerja

1. Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.

3. Knowledge of WMS, Microsoft Excel, stock take, and inventory reconciliation.

4. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

5. Able to lead a team, work independently, and coordinate with other departments.

6. Responsible, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in warehouse safety and procedures.

7. Wiling to work 6 days (Mon-Sat)

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate physical stock and WMS inventory records.

• Conduct cycle counts and annual stock takes, investigate stock discrepancies, and take corrective action.

• Monitor aged, slow-moving, and non-moving stock to reduce inventory losses.

• Manage pallet put-away, retrieval, replenishment, and product storage locations.

• Ensure efficient warehouse space utilization and accurate inventory reporting.

• Check returned goods against physical stock and documents before returning items to vendors.

• Investigate inventory and order fulfillment issues and implement improvements.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and monitor section KPIs.

• Ensure warehouse equipment is in good working condition and follow all safety and housekeeping requirements.

• Guide and train team members, conduct weekly briefings, and monitor team performance.

• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Store Operations, and other departments to resolve issues promptly.

• Ensure all inventory and warehouse activities comply with company policies and safety standards.
