Role Description

The Business Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role supports business operations across finance, investment, and real estate development activities, including preparing business reports, conducting market and financial analyses, and assisting with project evaluations. The Business Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sustainable development initiatives, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and assist in preparing presentations and proposals. Daily responsibilities include managing data and documentation, monitoring key performance indicators, supporting customer and investor inquiries, and contributing to process improvements. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to MCQ Land’s sustainability-focused mission.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, perform market research, and support investment decision-making.
• Knowledge of finance and business fundamentals, such as budgeting, financial modeling, and commercial analysis in a real estate or related context.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
• Customer service orientation, with the ability to respond professionally to client, partner, and investor queries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Marketing or a related field.
• Proficiency in artificial intelligence and productivity tools and comfort working with datasets.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Interest or experience in sustainable development or ESG-related initiatives is an advantage.
