【Job Responsibilities】

Email and call ( Will support in Japanese and English)

【Requirements】

* Native Japanese:Min C1 level English

Non-Native Japanese : Min C1 level English + JLPT N1

* Minimum : Highschool graduate + 5years experience

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approach. Team leader/supervisor level skill set is preferred.

* CS experience is a must. Having experience with Customer Support in BPO company or Call center experience in healthcare is preferred. Must have insurance knowledge.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
