Full Time Head of Human Resources Jobs, in Bell Ward Malaysia Selangor - Maukerja

Our client in the Consumer industry is looking for an experienced Head of Human Resources to join their team!

Key responsibilities:

• Align HR strategies with business goals by driving organisational effectiveness, manpower planning, restructuring, and succession planning.
• Lead full-lifecycle recruitment and employer branding initiatives to attract, select, and retain top talent efficiently across all levels.
• Oversee accurate payroll operations, statutory contributions, and competitive compensation and benefits frameworks to maintain internal equity and compliance.
• Manage non-resident employees' recruitment, quota applications, documentation, compliance, and welfare initiatives, particularly for initial intakes.
• Design and monitor training strategies, annual development plans, competency frameworks, and training grant/levy utilisation.
• Formulate HR policies and ensure strict compliance with local labour laws while effectively managing grievances, disciplinary matters, and industrial relations.
• Lead annual budgeting, workforce cost projections, and labour cost optimization without compromising employee well-being or operational effectiveness.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, HRIS management, employee lifecycle administration, and general office facilities management.

Requirements:

• 10+ Years HR Leadership experience in workforce planning, talent management, and organisational development within consumer industries.
• Comprehensive experience managing complex payroll, compensation frameworks, and non-resident worker compliance and quota management.
• Experienced in leading HR teams, optimizing labor costs, and aligning people initiatives with overarching business goals.
