Full Time Store Manager (Sri Petaling) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Komo Wellness (M) WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Diploma qualification is preferred, but candidates without a Diploma are welcome to apply.

1–2 years of working experience in retail, F&B, or store operations is preferred.

Fresh graduates and candidates without working experience are encouraged to apply.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.

Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Strong customer service skills with a positive working attitude.

Willing to learn and take on store management responsibilities.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle daily operational challenges.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Oversee and manage daily store operations to ensure smooth business activities.

Supervise, guide, and motivate store employees to maintain high performance and service standards.

Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.

Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Manage store inventory, stock levels, and replenishment to ensure sufficient product availability.

Maintain store cleanliness, product quality, and compliance with company standards.

Prepare daily sales reports, monitor cash transactions, and maintain accurate operational records.

Arrange staff schedules and coordinate manpower to support daily operations.

Train and support new employees to improve their performance and product knowledge.

Work closely with management to improve store efficiency, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.

Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by management.
