Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach and events
• Conduct client meetings, needs analysis and presentations
• Prepare proposals and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets
• Maintain client relationships and follow up on renewals and referrals
• Keep accurate records in our CRM and report on your pipeline
• Comply with all company and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in any discipline
• 1-3 years of sales experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong drive are welcome)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven
• Comfortable with CRM tools and MS Office
