Full Time Director, Asia Manufacturing Quality #JTL Jobs, Salary up to SGD 12,000 in RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Execute the global manufacturing quality strategy across Asia in alignment with business goals and customer expectations.

• Lead manufacturing quality performance across multiple sites and countries within the Asia region.

• Ensure consistent implementation of global quality standards, policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Partner with site and regional Operations leaders to establish quality roadmaps, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Drive reductions in defects, scrap, rework, cost of poor quality (COPQ), customer complaints, and manufacturing escapes.

• Improve process capability, product conformity, yield, and overall manufacturing performance.

• Lead regional quality transformation and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational excellence.

• Ensure disciplined root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action for significant quality issues.

• Promote effective use of SPC, MSA, FMEA, control plans, APQP, PPAP, 8D, A3, and DMAIC methodologies.

• Serve as the regional escalation leader for significant manufacturing quality risks and events.

• Partner with Customer Quality and Product Quality teams to resolve customer issues and strengthen customer confidence.

• Develop site quality leaders, strengthen technical capability, and build succession plans across the region.

• Foster a culture of quality ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of Manufacturing Quality leadership experience

• Regional/multi-site quality leadership across Asia

• Semiconductor, electronics, advanced materials, or highly engineered manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, DMAIC, Lean/Six Sigma

• Scope covers all Asia manufacturing sites excluding Taiwan

• Approximately 6-10 direct reports (Manager/Senior Manager level)

• Open to overseas travelling (minimum of 25%)
