Full Time Contract / Quantity Surveyor Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Aima Construction Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and tender documentation.

2. Handle pre-contract and post-contract activities, including tender evaluation, cost analysis, contract administration, and project cost control.

3. Prepare, evaluate, and submit progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.

4. Review and verify subcontractors' quotations, progress claims, variation claims, and final accounts.

5. Monitor project costs against approved budgets, identify cost variances, and recommend cost-saving measures.

6. Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on contractual and commercial matters.

7. Prepare and maintain accurate contract records, cost reports, payment certifications, and supporting documentation.

8. Assist in procurement activities, including sourcing quotations, price comparisons, and subcontractor evaluations.

9. Identify and highlight potential contractual risks, cost overruns, and project-related commercial issues to Management.

10. Ensure all contractual matters, claims, and submissions are handled within the required timelines.

11. Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry, preferably with a main contractor.

3. Good knowledge of construction contracts, tendering procedures, cost estimation, and contract administration.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and relevant QS software.

5. Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

6. Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

7. Good teamwork, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
