Possess a valid driving license; GDL license required.

Experience in sales, FMCG, ice cream, or frozen food sectors is an advantage.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsible, honest, punctual, independent and disciplined.

Physically fit and capable of handling driving duties, customer visits, and frozen products.

Fresh graduates and candidates without relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Visit assigned customers and sales outlets according to the daily sales route.

Sell and distribute ice cream products to retail shops, mini-markets, and other sales outlets.

Conduct direct sales and deliveries using the company sales vehicle, ensuring customers maintain sufficient stock levels.

Adhere to established sales routes and customer visit schedules.

Load and unload ice cream products during daily deliveries and restocking activities.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Take customer orders, issue sales documents, and collect payments where applicable.

Acquire new customers and maintain good relationships with existing ones.

Ensure the company vehicle is well-maintained and that ice cream is handled, transported, and stored correctly.

Maintain accurate records of daily sales, orders, and deliveries.

Accurately record stock balances to prevent customer stockouts.

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking.
