• Plan daily fleet & driver deployment
• Coordinate delivery and collection schedules
• Monitor transport operations & resolve delays
• Supervise drivers & ensure safety compliance
• Liaise with customers, warehouse & operations teams

Requirements

• Transport / logistics / fleet experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong planning & problem-solving skills
• Confident coordinating drivers & ground operations
• Hands-on, responsible & able to work independently
