Full Time Business - IT Software Solutions Consultant Jobs, in AI Software Solution Selangor - Maukerja

AISS builds AI-powered software for government, enterprise and healthcare organisations across Malaysia. We are looking for an experienced retired or semi-retired professional to join us full-time as a senior business and IT consultant. You will use your experience to guide our project teams, support client engagements and help us deliver solutions that fit the Malaysian market.

Responsibilities

• Advise management and project teams on business strategy, software solution design and project delivery
• Review client proposals, system designs and implementation plans, and recommend improvements
• Join client meetings, presentations and solution consultations to understand business needs and build trust
• Translate client business processes into clear requirements for development teams
• Mentor and coach junior colleagues in consulting, communication and problem-solving
• Share industry knowledge, lessons learned and best practices with the wider team
• Identify project risks early and suggest practical ways to resolve them
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Provide guidance on compliance matters such as PDPA and data security in solution design

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related field

Experience

• 8–10+ years of experience in business operations, IT consulting or software solutions
• Proven experience with ERP, CRM, HRMS, document management or similar enterprise systems
• Experience working with Malaysian SMEs, corporate or government clients

Skills

• Strong understanding of business processes and how software supports them
• Knowledge of AI and automation, cloud services, APIs, and dashboards and reporting
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel; familiar with project tools such as Jira or Trello
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to non-technical audiences
• Willingness to mentor and work with colleagues of all ages and backgrounds
