Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Change Manager to support the successful delivery of organizational and technology transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for executing change management activities such as change impact assessments, stakeholder management, communications and training coordination, adoption and readiness measurement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and capable of working with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to drive successful adoption of change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support development and implementation of change management plans and deliverables.
• Execute and ensure change activities are aligned with project milestones, business objectives, and deployment schedules.
• Conduct Change Impact Assessments (CIA) and mitigation plans.
• Perform stakeholder identification, mapping and analysis.
• Develop and execute communications and engagement plans.
• Establish and manage Change Champion networks.
• Develop communication content and coordinate communication deliveries.
• Plan and execute all training activities, assessments, materials and safekeeping.
• Define and monitor change adoption, engagement, readiness, and behavioral metrics. Support project governance and operational reporting activities.

Required Qualifications:

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in Change Management, Project Management or Organizational Development.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide business or technology transformation projects.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups across different organizational levels.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of Change Management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar).
• Experience conducting Change Impact Assessments and stakeholder analysis.
• Knowledge of adoption, readiness, and change measurement frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) is an advantage. Experience supporting Microsoft, SAP, ERP, HR, Finance, or Digital Transformation programs.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
