• Location: One North
• Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Thu) & 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)
• Salary: Up to $3,920 per month
• Duration: 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with robotic programming automation projects related to staff access card programming.
• Attend to service requests relating to physical access and staff passes across various worksites.
• Assist with access card issuance and returns for new hires and employees.
• Manage the shared mailbox and respond to service requests and workflows relating to access pass issuance and returns.
• Maintain internal records, audit trails, and tracking of access pass issuance and returns.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum a diploma in any discipline.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in corporate administration, executive support, or governance roles.
• Prior experience in a corporate or public-sector environment will be an advantage.
