Full Time Network Security Support Engineer Jobs, in Elitez Malaysia Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

- Perform large-scale deployment and implementation of network solutions, including FortiGate, Palo Alto, Cisco, H3C, Aruba, or equivalent technologies.

- Deploy and implement endpoint security solutions such as Trend Micro, CrowdStrike, FortiClient EMS, Sophos, or equivalent products.

- Handle complex deals and prepare responses to RFPs covering product solutions, system integration, delivery, installation, and maintenance.

- Provide technical support and contribute to the implementation of network and security solutions.

- Adapt to different customer environments and work effectively with clients to meet project requirements.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project execution and successful delivery.

- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a systematic, proactive, and self-motivated approach.

- Be willing to work extended hours or after office hours when required.

Requirements

- Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent field.

- Have at least **2 years of working experience in an IT-related field**, particularly in networking, systems, or security.

- Possess strong knowledge of networking concepts and routing protocols.

- Have a strong understanding of security solutions, including Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), DDoS protection, cloud security, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), or equivalent technologies.

- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Have a good understanding of ICT security, networking, and application products, including relevant terminology, industry trends, and technical concepts.

- Possess own transport and be willing to travel when required.
