Responsibilities
Job Scope & Responsibilities:
A Construction company that focuses on building and civil projects based in SInagpore.
- Schedule Development: Build master programs, baseline schedules, and working-level timelines using project management software like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Work Breakdown Structure (WBS): Break large-scale developments down into logical phases, sub-schedules, and manageable task sequences.
- Critical Path Analysis: Apply the Critical Path Method (CPM) to map dependent tasks, determine minimum completion times, and track float.
- Resource & Cost Planning: Collaborate with estimators and quantity surveyors to calculate labor, crew sizes, raw materials, and equipment needs.
- Tender & Bid Support: Assist business development and bidding teams by drafting preliminary construction programs for tenders.
- Progress Tracking & Monitoring: Collect daily or weekly site progress reports to update schedules and measure actual output against baselines.
- Delay & Risk Management: Identify potential bottlenecks, analyze root causes of delays, and propose recovery options or resequencing strategies.
- Change Management: Incorporate approved design changes, variation orders, and timeline adjustments into the master program.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Produce progress dashboards, S-curves, labor histograms, and look-ahead schedules for clients and project leadership.
- Software: Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of C&S construction methods & sequencing
