Job Description
Administration & Facilities
Provide general operational and maintenance support for building management and office facilities.
Cargo Liability & Insurance
Monitor cargo liability cases through to final claims settlement.
Liaise directly with corporate insurers regarding policy coverage, insurance renewals, and ongoing claim matters.
Corporate Compliance & Singapore Customs
Support the Compliance Officer on compliance matters.
Conduct training on Corporate Code of Conduct (COC), Antitrust policies, and Anti-Bribery regulations.
Coordinate directly with Singapore Customs on permit compliance requirements.
Conduct internal audits to meet Singapore Customs TradeFirst (TF) and Secure Trade Partnership (STP) standards.
Global HQ Governance (J-SOX & Risk Management Program)
Serve as the main local contact for Global HQ (GHQ) on global J-SOX audit.
Collect, review, and coordinate required J-SOX requirements/document submissions across respective departments for GHQ.
Liaise with Global HQ (GHQ) Global Governance Group on the Risk Management Program (RMP) and coordinate required Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements/document submissions across respective departments for GHQ.
Quality Management & Audits
Liaise with certification bodies regarding standard requirements.
Assist the Management Representative (MR) in preparing and facilitating Quality certification audits.
Collect Quality Objective Measurement (QOM) data from all respective departments.
Ad-Hoc Support
Perform additional related operational duties and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirement / Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant certifications in auditing, compliance, quality management, or related disciplines preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in managing and coordinating company audits, compliance activities, or governance programs.
- Preferable working experience in cargo claims related.
- Good knowledge of audit processes, internal controls, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and compliance mindset.
