Full Time Sales Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,800 in LEFLOW SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support in the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Order processing: Prepare quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, andother related documentation.
• Administrative Sales Support: Provide sales support to the Sales team, including pricing coordination and technical clarifications.
• Customer Service Assistance: Directly engage withcustomers when necessary to address inquiries or concerns and provide support.
• Procurement Support: Source and compare product pricing from suppliers tosupport cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Coordination with Stakeholders: Liaise with Operations and Sales team to coordinate and ensure timely delivery of goods tocustomers.
• Project Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, performance, and any issues, taking corrective actions as needed toensure successful outcomes. Ensure timely submission of project-related documentation.
• Sales Order Monitoring: Track and monitor sales orders frominitiation to fulfilment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Stock Management: Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely updates ofinventory data in the system.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC or Diploma in any discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in related field
• Problem-solver and possess positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and also team oriented.
