About the Role

Lead user and product operations, including user segmentation, paid conversion and services for high-value users. Use behavioral and business data to develop operating processes, inform product improvements and manage the operations team.

Responsibilities

• Develop user segmentation and operating plans for students, professionals and high-value users to improve engagement, retention and long-term user value.
• Manage services for high-value users and membership operations, refining paid offerings and conversion paths based on how users engage with the product.
• Analyze user behavior, payment patterns and core business metrics to identify issues affecting conversion and retention, and assess the results of operational changes.
• Consolidate user feedback and usability issues, agree on improvement priorities with the product team, and review the effects of product and operational changes.
• Establish operating processes and lead a small team on priority projects, with clear responsibilities, goals and project reviews.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in internet product operations, user operations or monetization, including experience managing a team.
• Ability to develop and evaluate operating strategies using data, with a sound understanding of engagement, retention, conversion, payments and lifetime value (LTV).
• Strong user insight and product judgment, with the ability to turn feedback into specific requirements and work with product and other teams on improvements.
• Ability to establish and manage operating processes, set project priorities independently, and guide the team through execution and review.
• Experience operating AI agents or AI applications, or in quantitative product operations or growth for internet products, is preferred.
• Experience in community operations, game user operations or membership programs is preferred.
