Previous F&B experience is preferred.

Candidates with Senior Crew, Team Leader, Supervisor or similar F&B experience are encouraged to apply.

Strong interest in building a career in F&B management.

Willing to work hands-on in both front-of-house and back-of-house environments.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsible, reliable and willing to learn.

Able to solve problems instead of simply waiting for instructions.

Basic Microsoft Excel / computer skills.

Willing to work weekends and public holidays when necessary.

Mandarin is an advantage due to the communication needs of our existing team.

Must be able to work in Non-Halal environment.

Learn and support daily outlet operations.

Assist with staff supervision, training and scheduling.

Maintain SOPs, service standards and cleanliness.

Assist with stock counting, ordering and cost control.

Handle customer issues and follow up on problems.

Monitor outlet performance and prepare basic reports.

Identify operational problems and help improve work processes.

Gradually take responsibility for managing shifts and outlet operations.
