Full Time SITE SUPERVISOR Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in ZTYZ Construction WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

• At least 3 years in site construction experience.

• Able to speak Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.

• Able to use Micrososoft words, excel autoCAD and power point.

• Work location base at Klang Valley, willing to travel outstation if required.

• Preferably candidates and wiling to travel and short term based at various states (in future)

• Own transport with valid driving license.
  

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.

• Ensure construction works comply with quality requirements and project standards.

• Monitor site progress and report project status to the Project Manager.

• Conduct site inspections and identify any defects, discrepancies, or non-conformance issues.

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements on site.

• Verify materials delivered to site and monitor material usage.

• Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.

• Prepare daily site reports and maintain proper project documentation.

• Assist in project handover and defect rectification works when required.
