Job Summary

The Youth Team Administrator supports daily administration and coordination for the Youth Climbing Team, working with managers, coaches, athletes, and parents to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily administrative tasks to support team operations and enable coaches to focus on athlete development
• Communicate clearly and promptly with coaches, athletes, and parents to provide timely updates and information
• Maintain accurate records of training schedules, competition entries, event details, and team activities
• Organize logistics for training sessions, competitions, and events to ensure smooth execution
• Foster a professional and positive environment that supports youth development and team cohesion
• Monitor and follow up on administrative tasks to ensure deadlines and requirements are met

Pay: $500.00 - $1,000.00 per month
