Responsibilities

Passionate about creating a greener future? Join ALBA and play a key role in Singapore's recycling efforts. As a Driver (Recycling Collection), you will be responsible for collecting recyclables from designated locations, ensuring safe and efficient operations, and supporting our mission towards a more sustainable environment.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a 14-foot lorry to collect recyclables from assigned collection points.
Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient collection.
Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding operational issues, public feedback, and customer enquiries.
Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness.
Perform routine vehicle checks and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
Comply with all Quality, Environmental, Safety, Health (QESH), and traffic regulations.
Maintain professional and courteous conduct when interacting with customers and members of the public.
Work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
Requirements
Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence with at least 2 years of driving experience.
Possession of a Class 4 Driving Licence will be an added advantage.
Basic English communication skills to understand instructions and report operational issues.
Positive attitude, good work ethic, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to work a 6-day work week, including early morning shifts, weekends, and public holidays based on operational requirements.
Experience is not required.
Working Arrangements
Working location: Singapore East area
Working schedule: 6-day work week, shift hours according to roster and operational requirements
Able to start immediately or within short notice
