Strong data sensitivity and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues through live-streaming data and make improvements accordingly.

Strong execution and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond quickly to live-streaming operational needs.

Basic live-stream room management and hosting skills, with the ability to handle unexpected situations during live sessions.

Responsible, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced live-streaming environment.

Good command of Mandarin, with the ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin for daily work.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and other common office software. Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or other AI productivity tools is an added advantage.

Review and confirm the live stream rundown, PK pairings, scoring rules, and microphone setup before each session.

Attend pre-show briefings and ensure all necessary preparations are completed before going live.

Host and coordinate live stream sessions according to the planned rundown and flow.

Support Anchors with audience engagement and help maintain an active and engaging live stream atmosphere.

Host and score dance-request segments and two-person PK sessions accurately.

Host closing rounds, record the sign-off order, and ensure all scores are properly recorded.

Verify final scores, prepare the next day’s makeup order and schedule, and share them in the company group chat.
