Full Time Barista wanted - for someone who takes coffee seriously.

If you've ever adjusted a recipe because the beans rested three days longer, this one's for you.

We're not looking for someone to just run the till. We're looking for a Barista who owns the bar the dial-in, the ratios, the consistency, the standards, and the team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Real espresso fundamentals, we want someone we can talk extraction and TDS with
• Clean latte art: heart, rosetta, tulip
• Working pour over knowledge
• Experience in a strict SOP environment (Starbucks, ZUS or equivalent)
• Comfortable with recipes and SOPs that change, we update constantly, and we want your input on them
• Mature, responsible, able to lead a small team
• Able to open at 7:00 am

CERTIFIED? WE PAY FOR IT.

SCA Barista Skills or equivalent recognised certification earns you a RM250 monthly allowance on top of your salary. Your training should be worth something every month, not just a line on your CV.

Valid KKM food handler certificate and typhoid vaccination required, standard for the trade.

Beans from Blend Coffee Roasters. Sourdough bagels from Pagi Place. A menu built on local produce from Destinasi TV's documentary series — the stories are already there, you just serve them.

THE PAY - no guessing games

Basic RM1,700

+ Attendance allowance RM150

+ SOP & recipe compliance allowance RM150

= RM2,000 guaranteed every month

Earn a monthly commission based on sales achievement, with a realistic earning potential of RM2,500–RM4,000. Commission is uncapped, so your earning potential grows as you help drive the café’s sales and performance.
