Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (Class D) with a clean driving record.

Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a personal driver, chauffeur, or in a similar role.

Demonstrate excellent knowledge of road networks, traffic regulations, and safe driving practices in Johor Bahru, Nusajaya, and surrounding areas, with a strong preference for familiarity with Singaporean roads and traffic laws.

Proficient in performing basic vehicle maintenance checks and upkeep to ensure the vehicle is in optimal working condition.

Skilled in using navigation tools such as Google Maps and other GPS devices effectively.

Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and punctuality.

Must be fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, with effective communication skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, as required by the employer.

Secondary school qualification (SPM or equivalent) is required.

Safely operate company vehicles to transport executives, employees, and authorized guests to various destinations, ensuring punctuality and adherence to schedules.

Maintain the cleanliness and presentability of all assigned vehicles, including regular interior and exterior cleaning, and promptly reporting any maintenance needs or issues.

Perform routine checks on vehicles, such as tire pressure, fluid levels, and brakes, to ensure optimal performance and safety, and schedule regular maintenance and repairs with authorized service centers.

Navigate efficiently using GPS devices and knowledge of Singaporean roads, traffic laws, and optimal routes to avoid delays and ensure timely arrivals.

Stay updated on traffic conditions and road closures in Singapore and Johor Bahru to proactively adjust routes and provide timely updates to passengers.

Ensure the security of passengers and the vehicle at all times, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.

Provide a discreet and professional service, respecting the privacy of all passengers.
