Role Description This is a full-time remote Outreach Intern role. The Outreach Intern will support community and customer engagement initiatives by researching relevant organizations, communities, and potential partners, and helping to build and maintain relationships with them. Day-to-day tasks include drafting outreach messages, assisting with email campaigns, responding to basic inquiries, and coordinating virtual meetings or events. The intern will help manage communication channels, contribute to written content for outreach materials, and provide feedback from prospective customers and partners to internal teams. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, customer success, and product teams to support InsourceAI’s growth and visibility.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Writing skills, including clear, professional email and message drafting.
• Customer Service and Community Outreach skills to interact respectfully and effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Research skills to identify relevant communities, organizations, and prospective partners in the technology and electronics ecosystem.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time well, and handle multiple tasks.
• Comfort with digital tools (e.g., email platforms, CRM or spreadsheets, video conferencing) and willingness to learn new software.
• Interest in technology, AI, or supply chain topics; prior internship or volunteer experience in outreach, marketing, or community engagement is a plus.
• Enrollment in or completion of a relevant degree program (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Business, International Relations) is preferred but not mandatory.
