Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Candidates with at least 1 year of telesales, telemarketing, or sales experience are encouraged to apply.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote banking and financial products.
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build rapport with customers and effectively close sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
