Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

min 1 year of relevant accounting experience, preferably with full-set accounts and month-end closing.

Experience in Fintech, BPO, Shared Services or high-volume transaction environments is an advantage.

Familiar with Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL Account, AutoCount, Power Query or similar systems is an advantage.

Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Claude to improve daily work efficiency.

Good command of English; Mandarin is an advantage for communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Manage full-set accounting, including fixed assets, prepayments, accruals and balance sheet accounts.

Handle monthly and year-end closing, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.

Perform bank and account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

Support group consolidation and financial reporting for management review.

Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, variances and potential issues.

Use AI tools and automation to improve accounting workflows and work with the Automation team to improve efficiency.
