Diploma in Education, Biology, Zoology, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in education, preferably in a zoo, museum, or similar informal learning environment.

Fluency in Mandarin Chinese, both spoken and written, is essential for interacting with specific visitor groups.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Passion for wildlife, conservation, and education.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Proficiency in developing and delivering educational content.

Develop and deliver engaging educational programs and tours for diverse age groups, focusing on zoo animals and conservation.

Create and adapt educational materials, including presentations, activity sheets, and interactive displays.

Facilitate hands-on learning experiences and workshops for students, families, and the general public.

Communicate effectively with visitors, answering questions and providing information about wildlife and the zoo's mission.

Assist in the care and handling of education animals as required, ensuring their welfare and safety.

Collaborate with zoo staff to support animal welfare, conservation initiatives, and visitor engagement.

Evaluate program effectiveness and gather feedback to continuously improve educational offerings.
