Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Crane Operator.

Proven ability to operate different types of cranes (e.g., overhead, crawler).

Knowledge of load charts, rigging principles, and safe lifting practices.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and safety guidelines.

Good physical condition and ability to work at heights.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.

Operate various types of cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, and position waste materials.

Perform pre-operation inspections of cranes and lifting equipment to ensure they are in safe working condition.

Follow load charts and lifting plans to determine safe operating parameters.

Communicate effectively with ground personnel and other team members using hand signals or radio communication.

Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.

Maintain accurate logs of crane operations, including hours worked and any incidents.
