Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to hotel standards.

Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, and changing linens for guest rooms.

Replenish guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, and stationery, ensuring they are presented neatly and adequately stocked.

Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests for additional amenities or housekeeping services.

Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately.

Manage and maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring they are clean, organized, and in good working order.

Collaborate effectively with other housekeeping team members and departments, such as Front Desk and Maintenance, to ensure seamless guest service.

Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all cleaning tasks, ensuring no area is overlooked and all standards are met.

Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes, prioritizing workload effectively.

Possess a Diploma and 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar housekeeping role within the hospitality industry.

Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to established hotel standards.

Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities (toiletries, towels, coffee/tea supplies) in guest rooms to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests.

Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests for additional amenities, services, or information, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed in guest rooms or public areas to the supervisor or relevant department for timely resolution.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage areas, and equipment, ensuring all supplies are readily available and properly stored.

Assist with laundry services, including collecting, sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and towels, ensuring they meet quality standards before returning them to inventory.

Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security regulations, to ensure a safe working environment for staff and guests.
