Job Description

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in speaking with new and existing customers.
  • Quick-thinking, adaptable, and able to handle different customer situations.
  • Good follow-up skills and a strong sales mindset.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and motivated to achieve results.
  • Experience in outsourcing sales or loan sales will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of CCRIS and CTOS will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is required.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers, following up on leads, understanding their needs, recommending suitable solutions
  • Handling customer enquiries
  • Closing sales.
