Plan, provide and evaluate nursing care based on patients’ individual needs, medical orders and established hospital policies.

Ensure nursing practices comply with applicable hospital and nursing standards, policies, procedures and professional best practices.

Maintain a safe, clean and conducive environment that supports quality patient care.

Uphold professional nursing standards in patient documentation, treatment, infection prevention and control, and professional conduct.

Supervise, guide and mentor new and junior nursing staff to support their development and promote effective teamwork.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, coordinated and patient-centred care.
