• Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.

• Preferable has more than 5 years of experience in building construction in an operational management position.

• Good leadership, teamwork and management skills for managing multiple teams.

• Understanding of processes required for developing and monitoring strategic plans.

• Must be aggressive, hardworking and mature with high energy, enthusiasm and a strong desire to excel.

• Strong analytical, Leadership, Critical thinking, Problem solving and decision making skills.

• Willing to work outstation and travel frequently.

• Able to start immediately.

• Able to speak Mandarin.

Responsibilities :-

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.

• Ensure construction works comply with quality requirements and project standards.

• Monitor site progress and report project status to the Project Manager.

• Conduct site inspections and identify any defects, discrepancies, or non-conformance issues.

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements on site.

• Verify materials delivered to site and monitor material usage.

• Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.

• Prepare daily site reports and maintain proper project documentation.

• Assist in project handover and defect rectification works when required.

• Assist in planning and organizing daily and weekly project activities.

• Maintain and manage project documentation, including drawings, reports, and correspondence.

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

• Act as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, local authorities, and other stakeholders.

• Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and follow-up action lists.

• Monitor project budgets, cost trends, and variations.

• Conduct site visits and support the resolution of technical and coordination issues.

• Delegate tasks, monitor team performance, and promote collaborative working.

• Identify resource gaps and coordinate with management to meet project requirements.
