Full Time Senior Sales Promoter Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in Party Wonderland WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Minimum SPM qualification.

Must be available and willing to work through weekends and public holidays based on the shift roster.

At least 3–4 years of experience in retail sales, promoter roles, or customer service (experience in party supplies, gifts, or retail visual merchandising is a strong plus).

Friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude with strong communication skills.

Prior experience in retail sales, promoter roles, or customer service is preferred.

Basic conversational ability in English and Bahasa Malaysia (fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage).

Creative eye and willingness to learn basic balloon styling and product customization.

Drive shop sales performance by actively engaging customers and recommending personalized party accessories and custom balloon setups.

Guide, onboard, and train junior sales promoters on customer service standards, product knowledge, and store workflows.

Manage daily opening/closing procedures, cash register reconciliation, and stock inventory counting.

Coordinate custom balloon order preparation and ensure smooth handoffs for store pickups and same-day local delivery dispatches.

Maintain high visual merchandising standards and keep retail displays well-stocked, clean, and appealing.

Handle customer inquiries, order modifications, and basic service resolution on the floor professionally.
